Mechanical Technician Furnace Maintenance

*Hand on experience in Glass Manufacturing plant, Assembly shop Maintenance, Automation Maintenance
*Hand on Experience Glass manufacturing Plant Equipment maintenance. operations covering Hot Zone, Cold End, Batch House, Utilities, and Electrical systems.
*Perform mechanical maintenance, breakdowns, and PM jobs.
*Hand on experience on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, rollers, lubrication, Centrifugal and rotary pumps, Compressors, blowers, and fans, couplings, Bearing, LVDT, Loadcell, Valve, Ball Screw, Spindle, LMways,
*Assist engineers during overhauls and shutdowns.
*Follow PTW/LOTO and safety norms
*Perform, BD, PM, PDM Activities
*Rubber Belt Conveyor Maintenance (Belt Vulcanizer)
*Hand on experience on MHE Maintenance, Like- EOT Crane, Hoist, Forklift, reach truck,
*Able to do Precise Assembly work and able to do geometrical testing
*Ability to identify equipment abnormalities (vibration, noise, leakage, overheating)
*Pipe fitting, flange jointing, gasket selection, and tightening techniques.
*Expertise in valves (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, control valves)
*Hydraulics & Pneumatic Maintenance
*Mechanical drawing read and write
