Mechanical Shift Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  
• Perform mechanical maintenance tasks on equipment during shift operations to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (mechanical maintenance, preventative maintenance).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including bearings, gearboxes, motors, pumps, valves etc.
