Mechanical Section Lead

"Qualification: -BE or BTech or masters in engineering Minimum 20+ years of relevant working experience in oil and gas or FPSO sector Role: -To plan, acquire, organize and manage the engineering resources in the assigned Section under the Engineering Department for the successful delivery of projects by supporting the planning, designing and execution of all projects. This includes balancing manpower costs and the required resources requested by the project teams. The section lead should also drive the continual development of the relevant Engineering section by both introducing new technologies, materials and practices suitable to FPSO processes and identifying methods to achieve cost effective solutions.
