Mechanical / Plumbing BIM Team Lead

Team Lead is responsible for the technical leadership and delivery of multidisciplinary BIM models across Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, ELV, Architectural, and Structural disciplines.

Required Candidate profile

The primary focus is delivering fully coordinated, constructible, and information-rich fabrication-level BIM outputs while driving QA/QC protocols across all design and construction phases.
