    About this role

    Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering


    Job Description: We are looking for experienced Mechanical Managers and Engineers for our Steel Melting Shop (SMS) Induction Furnace plant. Candidates will be responsible for mechanical maintenance, breakdown handling, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Maintenance and troubleshooting of EOT cranes.
    • Raw material (RM) handling and scrap processing equipment maintenance.
    • Utility services maintenance and monitoring.
    • Planning preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
    • Managing breakdowns, spare parts, and equipment availability.
    • Ensuring plant safety, operational efficiency, and minimum downtime.

    Experience:

    • Manager / Senior Manager: 12 to 20 years
    • Engineer / Senior Engineer: 5 to 10 years

    Preferred Industry: Steel Melting Shop / Induction Furnace plant
