Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Attend breakdown of CNC / CTM / Washing & assembly machines in shifts

2. Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule to improve the life of machines

3. Hands on experience on maintenance of MAZAK / BFW / MAKINO / AMS / ACE/ CNC machines (VMC / HMC)

4. Root cause / why- why analysis & corrective / preventive actions

5. SAP Awareness for maintenance activities

6. Organize the sapre for repairing (Spare Monitoring)

7. Implement KAIZENs , Satey Norms

8. Improve machine improvement as per the requirement of production.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Through knowledge of maintence of CNC / Leak Test / Washing mcs & fixture

2. Knowledge of TS / OHSAS / Energy Management / System & documentation

Hands on work experience on VMC / HMC Machines (BFW / MAZAK / Makino)
