Role & responsibilities
1. Attend Break downs of CNC/LTM/Washing & Assembly Machine in shifts
2. Carry out Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule to improve the life of machine
3. Hands on experience maintenance of Mazak/BFW/Makino/AMS/ACE CNC machines (VMC/HMC)
4. Root cause / why why analysis & corrective / preventive actions
5. SAP Awareness for maintenance activities
6. organize the spares for repairing Spare Monitoring)
7. Implementation of small Kaizens
8. Safety norms should be followed
9. attend & control breakdowns
10. Support machine improvements as per the requirement of production
11. carry out PM as per schedule to improve the life of machien
12. update the records in SAP for monitoring & refences
13. Organize the spares for repairing (Spare Management)
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of Maintenance of CNC / Leak Test / Washing Macs & Fixtures
Knowledge of TS/OHSAS/Systems & Documentation / Energy Management
hand on work Exp. on VMC/HMC (BFW/Mazak/Makino)
