Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
• Maintain and service Pneumatic Cylinders, Hydraulic Circuits, Pumps, Gearboxes, and Vacuum Systems.
• Carry out maintenance of Conveyor Systems and Conveyor Equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot Hydraulic Presses and Mechanical Presses.
• Support maintenance activities related to Thermoforming Machines, Thermoforming Equipment, Extruders, and Foaming Jigs/Fixtures.
• Perform repair and maintenance of Vacuum Pumps, Vacuum Valves, and Industrial Pumps.
• Modify and update AutoCAD Mechanical Drawings and Engineering Layouts as required.
• Read and interpret Engineering Drawings, Assembly Drawings, and Mechanical Layouts.
• Ensure compliance with Industrial Safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain Maintenance Documentation, Maintenance Reports, and Maintenance Records.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and plant uptime.
