Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Mechanical Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• CNC & Systems Maintenance: Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, coolant systems, chip conveyors, tool changers, bar feeders.
• Forging Presses & Equipment: Maintain forging presses, nosing machines, trimming presses, induction heating systems, robotic handling, conveyors, die handling equipment, hydraulic power packs, cooling systems.
• Utilities: Ensure uninterrupted operation of compressors, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, ETP/STP equipment.
• Plant Machinery: Maintain EOT cranes, chain hoists, and workshop machines and equipment.
• Installation & Commissioning: Support new machine installation, commissioning, and acceptance trials.
• Inspections & Inventory: Coordinate thirdparty inspections; manage spare parts inventory for critical equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance: Preventive maintenance scheduling for all the machines and equipment's and execution
• Mechanical Drawings: Interpret mechanical drawings to understand specifications and requirements. Prepare basic conceptual drawings as the foundation for developing detailed drawings.
• Emergency Repairs: Coordinate urgent repairs with production teams.
• Documentation & compliance: Maintain breakdown records, root cause analysis, compliance reports, and QMS documentation, ensuring adherence to ISO & Aerospace quality standards.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance in forging/CNC environments.
• Ability to analyse failures and implement corrective measures.
• Proficiency in mechanical drawings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
