Mechanical Machine Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

* Preventive & breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM, Hydraulic Press & Furnaces)

* Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication & coolant systems

* Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues

* Replace bearings, belts, couplings, seals and other mechanical components

* Machine alignment, leveling & calibration

* Maintain PM checklists and maintenance records

* Follow LOTO and industrial safety practices

Skills Required:

* CNC Mechanical Maintenance

* Hydraulics & Pneumatics

* Preventive Maintenance

* Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

* TPM / 5S

* Basic MS Office & ERP knowledge

* Willing to work in shifts
