About this role
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Gain practical exposure to pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, crushers, screens, mixers, agitators, pipelines and other plant equipment.
Assist in equipment inspection and condition monitoring.
Support maintenance planning and preparation of maintenance schedules.
Assist in lubrication management and equipment reliability initiatives.
Participate in shutdown and overhauling activities.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical equipment under the guidance of senior engineers.
Maintain equipment history, maintenance records and checklists.
Assist in root-cause analysis of recurring equipment failures.
Support spare-parts identification, inventory and technical documentation.
Participate in Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement projects.
Follow all plant safety procedures, PPE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
