Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Interiors Engineer with 38 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, sheet metal component design, 3D modelling, assembly design, and engineering documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CATIA V5 and experience working with 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA PLM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Sheet Metal & Mechanical Components using CATIA V5
- Create 3D Models, Assemblies & 2D Manufacturing Drawings
- Apply GD&T, Tolerances & Dimensional Stack-up
- Design Fasteners, Joints & Screwed Assemblies
- Perform Design Validation & Basic Mechanical Calculations
- Resolve Manufacturing Issues / Non-Conformities
- Implement Engineering Changes & Design Improvements
- Manage CAD data using 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA
- Ensure DFM & Engineering Standards compliance
