Mechanical / HVAC Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC Execution for high-rise residential projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  
• Oversee HVAC engineering design, installation, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning systems.
  
• Coordinate plumbing works including drainage, sewage treatment plants, water supply systems, and fire fighting systems.
  
• Ensure timely completion of MEP activities within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years' experience in MEP coordination or a related field.
  
• Diploma/ B. Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical.
  
• Strong knowledge of HVAC engineering principles and practices; proficiency in HVAC engineering design and operation.
