Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in BIW assembly, fixture maintenance, tooling, and preventive maintenance.
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile/Production).
• Skills: BIW fixtures, jigs, clamps, gauges, pneumatic tools, troubleshooting, TPM/Kaizen/5S.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of BIW assembly and mechanical systems.
• Expertise in jigs, fixtures, clamps, gauges, and tooling.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and basic hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and mechanical dimensions.
• Experience in fixture alignment, setting, and correction.
• Familiarity with welding fixtures and BIW processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
