Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and create prototypes for injection moulding processes.
- Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Develop PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) documents to mitigate potential issues during manufacturing.
- Experience in First Article Inspection (FAI), supplier qualification, and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) management activities.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering drawing interpretation.
