Role Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong technical documentation skills to prepare and maintain engineering documents, drawings, reports, and technical records, while supporting the design and analysis teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical technical documentation, design reports, specifications, procedures, and engineering records.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and assembly drawings, BOMs, and related documentation.
• Review engineering documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Support mechanical design activities including 3D CAD modelling, drawing updates, and design modifications.
• Assist FEA/structural analysis activities and preparation of analysis reports.
• Coordinate with design, analysis, manufacturing, and AIT teams for technical documentation.
• Maintain document revision control and configuration management.

Required Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or equivalent CAD tools.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of structural analysis and FEA.
• Good proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Preferred Candidate: Experience in aerospace/space, defence, precision engineering, or other high-reliability engineering industries.
