Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities

• Studying the design and drawings given by the consultants and explaining to the contractors for the execution of the works
• Suggesting optimizations in routings and system designs.
• Supervision and Coordination with Consultants, Contractors and PMCS for execution of MEP works at project site.
• Conducting tests and witnessing the installations and making sure that the work is carried out with the proposed quality and with best engineering practices.
• Cross checking the supplied materials and the works carried out by the contractors for the quality and standards prescribed as per the design details.
• Cross checking the bills raised by contractors against issued work orders
• Scheduling the works and following up the work schedule with the vendors
• listing out and quantifying the client supply items
• Creating and collecting all the technical details, handing over documents, drawings, organizing them and handing it over to the operations team.
• Snagging the MEP services and getting those rectified with contractors which are raised during the execution, commissioning and handing over.
• Keep track on the latest development in the field for making the installed systems up to date.
• Experience in using the Auto Cad & BIM software
• Exposure in HVAC, Plumbing, Water treatment systems, Fire Fighting etc specially in Hotel & resort construction division.

Should be ready to travel across locations
