Technical Skills
Mechanical equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)
Utilities operation and maintenance (Compressors, Chillers etc)
Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of Blenders, PSM, Agitating vessels, Bead mill, Sifters, RAL, Screw conveyors, RDC, VFFS, PFS, Pumps, Blowers, liquid filling machines, packing lines etc Maintenance Planning and PM Scheduling,
PM Task list review & preparation,
P&ID interpretation
Machine automation and utility systems nventory and spare parts management,
Project execution and CAPEX implementation, Procurement and vendor management
Safety & Compliance: PTW (Permit to Work) system, LOTO, Legal and statutory compliance, HIRA, Strong EHS culture and safety leadership, Near miss and unsafe act reporting.
Leadership & People Management: Team leadership and supervision, Technician development and coaching, Effective communication, Decision making, Contract management, CFT working.
Continuous Improvement: TQM practices, Kaizens, OEE improvement, Cost optimization initiatives, Reliability improvement projects.
Management & Documentation: Maintenance KPI tracking, Budget control, Maintenance logs and documentation, SOP compliance, Audit readiness, ISO/QMS awareness and internal auditing.
