Responsible for supporting and optimising mechanical processes in QFN/DFN semiconductor assembly and packaging lines to ensure stable operations, yield and productivity. Proficient in CAD/Design.
Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2-5 years of experience, preferably in OSAT/semiconductor assembly (QFN/DFN)
Local candidates preferred.
