Mechanical Engineer - CAD (Fresher)

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Fresher CAD Engineer with outstanding assertive behaviour and a positive attitude to join our startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This role demands not just technical proficiency in CAD software, but also a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software, adapting quickly to design changes and challenges.
• Collaborate actively with engineers and architects to transform conceptual designs into precise technical drawings.
• Embrace startup culture by being flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic about taking on varied tasks beyond traditional CAD responsibilities.
• Ensure designs meet both industry standards and innovative startup visions.
• Participate in and contribute assertively to design reviews, offering creative solutions and ideas.
• Manage documentation, including material lists, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Maintain and update drawing databases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with the team to identify design problems and brainstorm innovative solutions.
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to new challenges with a positive attitude.

Requirements & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, CAD, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ).
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work.
• Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
