About this role
- Prepare detailed fabrication and assembly drawings for Ash Handling equipment and piping systems.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Piping Layouts, Isometric Drawings, Support Details, and Shop Drawings.
- Prepare and revise drawings for:
- Pneumatic Ash Handling Systems
- Bottom Ash Handling Systems
- Fly Ash Conveying Systems
- Silos, Hoppers, and Storage Bins
- Pipelines and Pipe Supports
- Valves, Expansion Joints, and Accessories
- Coordinate with Mechanical Design Engineers, Civil, Structural, and Electrical disciplines for interface requirements.
- Incorporate client comments and prepare revised drawings as per project needs.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and document control procedures.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable standards and quality requirements.
- Support site teams during erection, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities when required.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and bill of materials (BOM) from drawings.
- Assist in preparation of as-built drawings after project completion.
