Mechanical Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare layout of internal & external arrangement of the transformers as per specifications & requirements
• To review the drawing with internal and external stakeholders
• To standardize various components to be used in the product
• To perform checks at various stages of manufacturing for alignment between design & product
• To train team on various softwares used for designing
• To liaison with various stakeholders and ensure that production is happening as per design
• Monitoring of the designing / drawing activities to meet the internal or external customer requirement
• Focusing on optimization & standardization of design
• To lead, develop, guide & motive team members
