Mechanical Design Engineering Intern

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Design Intern interested in designing and developing real healthcare products. You will get hands-on experience in CAD modelling, prototyping, measurement, testing and manufacturing while working with our R&D, Production and Quality teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on mechanical design, CAD modelling and product development.
• Create and modify 3D models and basic engineering drawings.
• Take measurements using vernier calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools.
• Support prototyping, testing and design improvements.
• Work on assigned projects from concept to working prototype/implementation.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production and Quality teams.
• Support dimensional and quality checks of mechanical parts.
• Maintain basic design and project documentation.
• Understand how mechanical designs move from CAD to manufacturing.
  

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates from Mechanical Engineering, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
• Good understanding of basic mechanical engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with any CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, AutoCAD or similar.
• Comfortable using basic measuring instruments.
• Interest in product design, prototyping and manufacturing.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  

Good to have: Experience with 3D printing, product design, engineering drawings or mechanical projects.
