About this role
- Must have Good Knowledge in full New product development cycle.
- Good Knowledge in developing engineering design concepts for components and electromechanical assemblies that has demanding requirements for thermal dissipation, precision, reliability, manufacturability and cost.
- Knowledge in Sheet Metal, Plastics Injection molding, tool trials, Mold maintenance, Mold flow analyses & related process parameter understanding.
- knowledge in pressure die-casting process & designing Die casted components
- Good knowledge of various manufacturing process with extensive experience manufacturing of plastic components and metal components for hand held consumer electronic devices.
- Knowledge in design and development of consumer electronics devices and related processes.
- Strong CAD skills (Solid Edge/Creo) including 3D model design, tolerance specifications and tolerance stack up analysis .
- Knowledge in electronic enclosure compliances like CE, FCC, BIS, NEMA & Military grade
