Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in HVAC product design and hands-on expertise in Creo or Solid Edge.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC products and mechanical components using Creo or Solid Edge.
• Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and basic engineering validation.
• Work on sheet metal, fabricated, and mechanical components used in HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, production, quality, and other engineering teams.
• Review designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and functionality.
• Prepare and maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, and design documentation.
• Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
• Incorporate engineering changes and resolve design-related issues.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Design / Product Design.
• Hands-on experience with Creo or Solid Edge.
• Relevant experience in HVAC product design is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of 3D modeling, assemblies, and 2D drafting.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of sheet metal and mechanical component design.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in HVAC equipment/components, industrial products, or sheet-metal-based product design will be preferred.
