equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, and other rotary/static equipment.

    • Review vendor offers, datasheets, and technical specifications to recommend the most suitable equipment for

    project requirements.

    3. Process & Equipment Knowledge

    • Apply sound knowledge of process equipment, and both stationary and rotary equipment, used in EPC projects for

CBG plants / Waste to energy.

    • Support design, selection, and specification development for mechanical systems in line with process requirements

    and industry standards.

    4. Site Support & EPC Execution

    • Provide on-site support during EPC execution of CBG plant projects, including installation, commissioning, and

    troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.

    • Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure design intent is maintained during construction

    and erection.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 35 years in the CBG / Biogas / Oil & Gas / Process industry, with EPC project exposure

    Technical Knowledge:

    • Sound understanding of pumps, compressors, blowers, and other rotary and stationary equipment
    • Familiarity with process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and mechanical datasheets
    • Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (API, ASME, IS, etc.)

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / relevant mechanical design and drafting tools (as

    applicable)

    Other Skills:

    • Strong communication and coordination skills for client and vendor interactions
    • Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required

    • Exposure to techno-commercial bid evaluation processes
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional project team.

    For Diploma Holders:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop 3D models of mechanical equipment, piping layouts, skids, and plant components using Solid Works.
    • Prepare accurate 2D drafting/GA drawings (fabrication, assembly, and detailing drawings) from 3D models.
    • Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles on drawings to ensure design intent,

    manufacturability, and fit-up accuracy.

    • Generate and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for mechanical, piping, and structural components.
    • Prepare isometric piping drawings for process piping, utility piping, and equipment interconnections in line with

    P&IDs.

    • Perform technical comparison/evaluation of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, blowers, valves, vessels,

tanks, etc.) received from vendors against project specifications.

    • Coordinate with procurement, site, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
    • Review and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment datasheets to develop layouts and piping isometrics.
    • Support preparation of technical bid evaluation (TBE) documents and vendor drawing reviews.
    • Maintain drawing revision control and documentation as per project QA/QC requirements.
