Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks

• Design and detail mechanical assemblies for robotic gantries, welding SPMs, and CNC structures

• Prepare GA drawings, part drawings, and accurate BOMs

• Collaborate with controls, electrical, and production teams for integration and validation

• Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, and material selection

• Support prototyping, testing, and commissioning activities

• Maintain design documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation or robotics

• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory)

• Sound knowledge of machine elements, fabrication methods, and motion systems

• Familiarity with welding automation, servo systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic design is preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
