Mechanical Bim Modeler - Off Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical MEP systems related to underground metro stations.
• Prepare BIM models and layouts for TVS and VAC systems as per project requirements.
• Coordinate mechanical services with civil, structural, electrical, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, sections, and layouts from BIM models.
• Review design drawings and identify clashes and constructability issues.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using BIM tools and resolve design conflicts.
• Support site execution teams with updated BIM drawings and technical inputs.
• Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and approved designs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for design modifications and technical clarifications.
• Update BIM models based on site changes and as-built requirements.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide necessary design inputs.
• Ensure timely completion of BIM deliverables as per project schedules.
