Mean Mern Stack Developer

## Job Title: Lead / Architect Angular, Next.js, MongoDB

### Position Summary

We are seeking a **Lead / Architect** with strong hands-on experience in **Angular, Next.js, and MongoDB**, along with a solid understanding of **Java/Spring Boot**. This role will be primarily responsible for leading technical delivery, guiding architecture decisions, and supporting new application development on modern front-end and full-stack technologies.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can take on **lead responsibilities**, work closely with stakeholders, and provide technical direction to the development team while remaining hands-on where needed.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications

- Drive new development efforts using **Angular** and **Next.js**

- Provide architecture and technical leadership across front-end and back-end solutions

- Collaborate with product owners, business teams, UX, QA, and engineering teams

- Guide development standards, reusable components, and scalable application patterns

- Work with **MongoDB** for data persistence and integration

- Provide support for backend services with **Java/Spring Boot** as needed

- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices

- Support solution design, estimation, and technical planning

- Troubleshoot complex issues and support production readiness and deployment activities

- Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, performant, and aligned to business goals

### Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of software development experience

- Strong hands-on experience in:

- **Angular**

- **Next.js**

- **MongoDB**

- Experience leading technical teams or acting in a lead/architect capacity

- Working knowledge of **Java/Spring Boot**

- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web application architecture

- Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional team collaboration

- Ability to take ownership, make technical decisions, and guide implementation efforts

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise application development

- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Azure

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and deployment practices

- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and application security
