Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MDM Developer with 5–7 years of experience in Informatica MDM 360 and Informatica PowerCenter/ETL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Master Data Management solutions, designing ETL workflows, data integration, data quality, and enterprise data governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support Informatica MDM 360 solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Configure MDM entities, hierarchies, relationships, match & merge rules, trust framework, and survivorship rules.
• Design and develop data integration processes between source systems and the MDM Hub.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformation.
• Develop mappings, workflows, sessions, and reusable ETL components.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze master data requirements.
• Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems.
• Optimize ETL performance and database queries.
• Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and business users during development and implementation.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong experience with Informatica MDM 360.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter (ETL).
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
• Experience in data mapping, transformation, and integration.
• Good understanding of Match & Merge, Survivorship, Trust Rules, and Hierarchy Management.
• Experience with Data Quality concepts and data validation.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Knowledge of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to data governance tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in the Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail domain is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Informatica MDM/PowerCenter certifications are an added advantage.
