MDM L3 Engineering

Key Responsibilities*

• Drive the corporate device technology roadmap, lifecycle risk assessment frameworks, certified master hardware matrices, and structural hardware refresh strategies.
• Design standardized global testing and compliance frameworks for Android OS, firmware updates, business applications, MDM configurations, and hardware security.
• Provide end-to-end technical leadership, escalation path structuring, and strategic resolution planning for critical, high-impact warehouse device incidents globally.
• Vendor Management: Own strategic OEM and third-party vendor relationships at an architectural level, driving engineering delivery milestones and providing data-driven vendor performance evaluations to executive leadership.
• Vendor Management: Own strategic OEM and third-party vendor relationships, tracking engineering delivery milestones, validating hardware hotfixes, and providing data-driven vendor performance evaluations to executive leadership.
• Release Gatekeeping: Govern global golden image baselines, master enrollment profiles, approved enterprise application catalogs, and configuration compliance standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and champion continuous improvement programs targeting automation, management optimization, standardization, and risk reduction.
