About the Role We are looking for an experienced

MDM Application Monitoring Engineer with hands-on expertise in

Informatica MDM and

Reltio MDM to support the reliability, health, and performance of enterprise Master Data Management platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring MDM jobs, workflows, APIs, match/merge operations, data quality processes, and integration pipelines while ensuring platform stability and high availability. This role requires strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills within enterprise MDM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Informatica MDM and Reltio MDM jobs, workflows, events, and platform performance.
• Monitor API performance, authentication flows, and integration health.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational health checks.
• Troubleshoot failures related to ingestion, match/merge, survivorship, publishing, and data cleansing.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend platform improvements.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, data engineering, and business teams to resolve production issues.
• Support production releases, regression testing, and deployment validation.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Monitor data quality rules and integration pipelines across enterprise MDM platforms.
• Ensure continuous platform reliability and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in MDM Operations, Application Support, or Data Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with

Informatica MDM , including:

• Hub Console
• Business Entity APIs
• SIF APIs
• Match/Merge
• User Exits
• Java
• Workflows
• Batch Jobs
• Address Cleansing
• Hands-on experience with

Reltio MDM , including:

• Entity Models
• Survivorship Rules
• Match Rules
• Workflows
• API Monitoring
• Data Validation
• Data Cleansing
• RIH Recipes
• Third-Party Connectors
• Strong understanding of MDM lifecycle processes.
• Experience monitoring API performance, integration pipelines, and MDM event logs.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Data Quality concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident management skills.
