MCB Assembly & Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MCB Supervisor to oversee the installation, assembly, testing, maintenance, and quality control of Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs). The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining production targets, and coordinating with the quality and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise MCB assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor daily work schedules and allocate tasks to technicians.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure defect-free production/work execution.
• Troubleshoot electrical and MCB-related issues.
• Maintain production and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Train and guide technicians and operators.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MCBs, MCCBs, switchgear, and electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
• Team handling and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications:

• ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Tech Electrical.
• Relevant experience in MCB manufacturing, electrical panel industry, or electrical maintenance.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in switchgear manufacturing or electrical project execution.
• Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines.
