Urgent Hiring - MBBS RMO

Position: MBBS RMO - ICU

Qualification: MBBS

Experience: ICU exposure/experience preferred

Registration: Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration

Location: Shirur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted in the ICU under the supervision of consultants.
• Monitor vital signs and clinical condition of critically ill patients.
• Attend to emergency and urgent medical situations.
• Assist in initial assessment and management of ICU patients.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other departments.
• Monitor treatment progress and maintain proper patient records.
• Assist with procedures and interventions as per clinical expertise.
• Ensure timely escalation of any deterioration in the patients condition.

Candidate Profile

• MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid medical registration.
• Prior ICU exposure/experience preferred.
• Good clinical assessment and emergency-handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a critical-care environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
