Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the organization.

Job Requirements :

• MBA fresher or recent graduate from a reputed institution.
• 0-1.5 years of experience in an HR role or related field (preferably).
• Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
