Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Maximo integrations using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Architect and implement system configurations including Domains, Database Configuration, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, and Workflows.
• Oversee development of custom Java classes, BIRT reports, and automation scripts.
• Manage and mentor a team of Maximo developers and integration specialists.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
• Support Maximo upgrades, data migrations, and deployment in MAS environments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and integration maps.

• IBM Maximo 7.6.x / MAS 8/9
• Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST API Integration
• Automation Scripts (Jython, JavaScript)
• Java Class Customization, Bean Class Customization
• Workflow Designer, Application Designer
• Database Configuration (Attributes, Relationships, Indexes)
• Conditional UI and Escalations

Integration & Development:

• REST/SOAP Web Services
• JSON/XML Data Structures
• Java (custom classes, extensions)
• SQL,PL/SQL (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Middleware: IBM App Connect, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps

Tools & DevOps:

• Eclipse/VS Code
• Postman / SoapUI
• Git / Bitbucket
• Jenkins / Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
