Matrimony Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Matrimony Service Executive to assist customers in finding suitable matrimonial matches and provide personalized service throughout the matchmaking process.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and expectations.
• Assist customers with suitable matrimonial profiles and matches.
• Regularly follow up with customers regarding shortlisted profiles.
• Coordinate communication between families/customers when required.
• Maintain accurate customer and profile information in the system.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide professional service.
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic service-related concerns.
• Follow up with existing customers for renewals and additional services.
• Maintain daily follow-up and customer interaction reports.
• Achieve assigned customer-service and business targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and family information.

Skills required

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate confidently over phone.
• Customer-service and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Note: Working hours and weekly offs will be as per the requirements and operating schedule of the retail jewellery business.
