Qualification Criteria- BE in ECE or CSE

Any domain specification: Aerospace Verification & Validation with DO-178

Mandatory Skills – Avionics / Aerospace Domain (Without this domain profiles cannot be consider), MATLAB Simulink, System modeling & Requirements, Strong understanding of control systems and model-based development, Familiarity with Model-Based Design (MBD)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MATLAB Simulink System Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in system modeling, requirements development, and validation activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing system-level control models and validating complex control systems using industry-standard processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MATLAB/Simulink models at the system level for control system applications.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Write and manage system requirements related to control loops and control system functionality.
• Perform system validation and verification to ensure compliance with requirements and performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including controls, software, testing, and systems engineering groups.
• Support model-based development activities and system integration efforts.
• Participate in reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of control algorithms and system behavior.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in:

• Developing MATLAB/Simulink models at the system level.
• Writing and managing system requirements for control loops.
• Performing system validation and verification activities.
• Strong understanding of control systems and model-based development methodologies.
• Experience with requirement traceability and validation processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, or embedded control systems environments.

Familiarity with Model-Based Design (MBD) processes and related toolchains.

Knowledge of V-Model development lifecycle is an advantage
