Maths and Science (Pre-Foundation Bangla Faculty)

Location: Work From Home / Studio-Based (Location to be discussed during the interview process)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate faculty to teach pre-foundation aspirants in the Bangla language. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Maths and science lectures for students in Bangla.
• Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Develop and review study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
• Prepare students for competitive examinations through concept-based teaching.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic support.
• Monitor student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or master's degree or a related field.
• Prior experience teaching is preferred.
• Strong command of the Bangla language.
• Excellent subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in online or offline teaching.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and technology-enabled learning.
