Role Description This full-time, on-site Mathematics Teacher role is based in Prayagraj and focuses on delivering high-quality instruction for competitive exam preparation and school-level mathematics. The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons, explain mathematical concepts clearly, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, creating and updating teaching materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and using assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate learner progress. The role also involves providing doubt-clearing support, offering academic guidance, collaborating with fellow educators and content teams, and aligning teaching with Adda247's curricula and exam patterns. The teacher will be expected to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment and support the organization's mission of making education accessible and effective.
Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach concepts from foundational to advanced levels.
• Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for competitive exams or school/college-level mathematics.
• Recognized as a Qualified Teacher, with a relevant degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics, B.Ed. preferred).
• Effective classroom management, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage learners from diverse linguistic and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Comfort with educational technology, including digital content, online assessments, and learning platforms.
• Previous teaching or coaching experience for competitive exams (such as government job exams, JEE, NEET, or other entrance tests) is highly beneficial.
