Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for students as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples and appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assessments to monitor student progress.
• Identify students learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, interactive learning environment.
• Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
• Track and maintain students’ academic performance and provide timely feedback.
• Use digital tools, presentations, and other teaching aids to enhance classroom learning.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management regarding students’ academic development.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, examinations, and other academic responsibilities.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum requirements.
