Roles & Responsibilities

1. Material Availability: Check part number availability in the ERP system and create new part numbers when required.

2. Maintenance Material Planning: Ensure all materials required for aircraft maintenance check packages are available as per the preload list.

3. Purchase Requisitions: Raise purchase requests for IRC materials when unavailable and follow up to ensure timely availability for maintenance.

4. Material Status Updates: Regularly update customers and the maintenance team on the status of IRC materials.

5. Material Forecasting: Forecast material requirements based on business and maintenance requirements.

6. Hangar Slot Planning: Coordinate material planning with the hangar slot plan to support effective maintenance scheduling.

7. Inventory Management: Manage material inventory effectively to support maintenance operations.

8. Consumables & Expendables Reordering: Monitor stock levels and arrange reordering of consumables and expendables to ensure availability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Part number availability status in ERP.
• Availability of preload materials.
• IRC material status and timely follow-up.
• Accuracy of material forecasting.
• Effectiveness of hangar slot planning.
• Effective inventory management.
• Availability of consumables and expendables.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Preferably AME Diploma or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Aviation MRO Material Planning.
• Industry: Aviation / Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO).
• Location: Hyderabad.
