The Impact You'll Make

As a Material Management Lead (Off-Role), you will ensure seamless material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency to support uninterrupted production and on-time delivery. Through effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute to operational excellence, inventory optimization, and cost efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead warehouse, inventory, and material management operations.
• Ensure timely material availability for production requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy, stock control, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Oversee goods receipt, storage, picking, issuance, dispatch, and replenishment activities.
• Manage cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Suppliers to mitigate material shortages.
• Maintain ERP/SAP inventory transactions and material master accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in warehouse and material processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and material management teams while driving accountability and performance.

What We're Looking For

• 7-8 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Material Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, material planning, and logistics operations.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems, inventory transactions, and material master management.
• Proven team leadership, people management, and performance management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in inventory optimization, stock audits, cycle counting, and KPI management.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence practices.
