The Impact You'll Make

As a Material Management Assistant (Off-Role), you will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted production by maintaining material availability, inventory accuracy, and timely system updates. Through proactive monitoring of material consumption and inventory transactions, you will help prevent stock shortages, stock mismatches, and production disruptions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure timely availability of materials to support daily production requirements.
• Monitor material consumption and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Perform SAP/ERP transactions for material issues, receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain alignment between physical stock and system inventory.
• Investigate and resolve stock mismatches and inventory discrepancies.
• Support cycle counting, perpetual inventory verification, and stock reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Stores teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Track critical materials and escalate potential shortages proactively.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material movement documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and material management processes.

What We're Looking For

• Any Graduate of any specialization.
• 1-3 years of experience in Material Management, Production Support, Inventory Control, or SAP PP environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP material transactions and inventory management processes.
• Experience in stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and material tracking.
• Understanding of production material flow and inventory control practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
