Role Summary:
Support the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across business systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What Youll Do:
- Create, update, and maintain master data records in enterprise systems
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies
- Support data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization activities
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
- Generate reports and provide insights on data quality metrics
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to data management
- Maintain proper documentation of data processes and changes
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Data Management, Data Entry, Operations, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and data governance
