Master Data Management Executive

Role Overview

The role will be responsible for managing master data creation and maintenance in Oracle and WFX, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across Accounts, Finance, Manufacturing, Merchandising, and Sourcing functions.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management or ERP data management
• Bachelors degree, preferably with Accounts/Finance background
• MBA (Operations / Finance / Systems) preferred
• Good understanding of manufacturing industry processes
• Exposure to merchandising or sourcing workflows will be an added advantage
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience in Oracle / WFX systems preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and maintenance of master data in Oracle and WFX
• Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to align master data with business requirements
• Use Excel to build trackers, reports, and data validation tools to support operations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
• Identify and resolve master data issues and discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders
• Support smooth data flow between systems and business teams
