About this role
- Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 4–7 years overall, with 2–4 years in Master Data Management (MDM), SAP, supply chain, procurement, sales, finance, or shared services.
- MDM Knowledge: Experience with Vendor/Supplier, Customer/Business Partner, Material, BOM, Routing, Pricing, or Cost Center master data.
- SAP: Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA; SAP MDG is an advantage.
- Data Management: Data creation, validation, cleansing, duplicate resolution, approvals, workflows, and data quality.
- Tools: Good Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, RPA, or similar tools is a plus.
- Operations: Experience with SOPs, SLAs, tickets, workflows, quality checks, and stakeholder coordination.
- Industry: Automotive, industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, or multi-site environment preferred.
- Additional: Exposure to data migration, testing, cutover/hypercare, GDPR/PII, and audit requirements.
- Soft Skills: Accuracy, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, accountability, customer focus, and ability to work with European stakeholders/time zones.
- Leadership: Ability to manage priorities and potentially guide/mentor junior team members.
