Master Data Management Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced MDM Architect with 18-21 years of experience in enterprise data management and Master Data Management (MDM) architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-premises MDM architecture and hands-on experience with Informatica MDM / Customer 360.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 18+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Data Management and MDM.
• Strong hands-on experience in MDM on-premises architecture and solution design.
• Extensive experience with Informatica MDM / Informatica Customer 360.
• Strong understanding of MDM architecture principles, patterns, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience designing enterprise MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Reference Data.
• Strong understanding of:
• Match and Merge
• Survivorship
• Golden Record
• Hierarchies and relationships
• Data stewardship
• Data quality
• Data governance
• Source system integration
• Master data lifecycle
• Experience designing integrations between MDM and enterprise applications using APIs, messaging, ETL, and batch interfaces.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in performance tuning, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery for MDM platforms.
• Strong architecture documentation and stakeholder management skills.
