Master Data Maintenance Executive

About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Maintenance Executive to support our finance, operations, and project management functions.
• This role is central to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency of master data across projects, customers, contracts, and billability, enabling smooth financial reporting, billing, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master data for projects, contracts, customers, employees, and billing setups.
• Ensure correct mapping across systems to support accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and data validations to maintain high-quality records.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, legal, HR, and PMO teams for seamless onboarding of clients and projects.
• Support month-end and year-end processes, audit requests, and system enhancements.
• Recommend improvements to data governance and ERP/CRM processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems, with 1 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of billing and project accounting, and effective communication skills are essential.
