Martech & Customer Engagement (CRM)- Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

1. Martech Platform Ownership

• Manage platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, or similar Martech tools
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM, website, app, and third-party systems
• Optimize platform utilization, data flows, and campaign infrastructure

2. Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Design and execute lifecycle campaigns:
• Lead nurturing
• Conversion optimization
• Engagement and retention
• Reactivation campaigns
• Drive omnichannel campaigns across WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Email, Push, and Web

3. Personalization & Automation

• Implement journey orchestration based on customer behavior and triggers
• Enable real-time personalization using segmentation and dynamic content
• Build automated workflows for lifecycle engagement

4. Data & Segmentation

• Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies using CDP tools
• Improve data quality, deduplication, and identity resolution
• Leverage behavioral and transactional data for targeting

5. Performance & ROI

• Track and optimize key metrics:
• Conversion rates
• Campaign ROI
• Engagement metrics
• Retention rates
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for performance tracking

6. Vendor & Channel Management

• Manage communication partners and delivery channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
• Optimize cost, delivery efficiency, and channel performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and consent requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 612 years of experience in Martech / CRM Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
• Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, and journey design
• Experience handling large-scale customer databases and high-volume campaigns
• Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset

Preferred

• Experience in consumer-facing industries (Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.)
• Exposure to AI-driven marketing and personalization tools
• Experience with web/app analytics and growth funnels
